1st degree felony- $10,500 capped hourly pretrial fee*

Capped hourly: the $10,500 fee is a capped hourly, meaning the fee cannot be more than $10,500 (for pretrial work, except as provided below), but can be less.  The firm tracks billing at $350 an hour for attorney time. As an example, if a client pays $10,050 and resolution of the case only requires 10 hours of Edward Stone's time ($350 x 10 = $3,500), then the client is refunded $7,000 (10,500-3,500).
